We have 15 children between 3 and 11 years who regularly attend Junior Church, although our normal attendance can be anywhere between 2 and 10. There are 4 leaders that lead Junior Church, but only 2 leaders take a session. This is so the children aren’t overcrowded by the leaders.

We use the Roots material, available to churches, as a guide, but try to be flexible and creative. We have received a Child Friendly Church Award. Extra activities take place at different times throughout the year such as Good Friday Workshops, New Year Parties, Light Parties and a Christmas Festival Service. These activities are open to all the children and young peoples’ groups within the Church.
