Phase 2  of the project will see significant alterations to the inside of the church, to create The Hub. This will include lowering the central and side areas of the foyer to aisle level. Therefore, reducing the trip hazards caused by the varying floor levels. This, along with the accessibility ramp will  deliver a step free access from High Steet in to and around the church.

The Hub will be partitioned off from the worship area with glass panelling. This will create a multipurpose area that can be heated and lit independently from the worship area. This space will provide a servery area for coffees and light snacks and a meeting room seating around 40 people. It will also be possible to open up the meeting room to enable larger gatherings to take place.

As part of this work we will also installing a fire alarm system and re-locating our AV equipment.
